the cabs were re-installed because the user loaded some software there downloaded from the net which was full of viruses which damaged the system files to the piont where the machine would restart every two minutes.
Removed the network stuff,system re-install it again and back on the network...

I lot would depend on how close the blasting is to the server and computers.one thing to keep in mind is that the blasting may interupt the electricity supply, also is the server rack mounted or a tower unit??
