Thanks for the reply MIK61C i was able to get it to work by piecing together this thread with another thread. What i did was create an SDN with the ACDN of my CallPilot agents as a voice messaging service then my new ACDN was NCFW to that SDN service. This works great! Kudos to you for sharing...
