IP phone-MWI on /No message?

Has anyone run across this before? We have a CS1000M (Opt 81C)on Succession 4.5 and our IP phones are continually having the MWI light come on but there are no new messages in the users mailbox. The firmware on the phones is the latest release. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Last time you ran a MWK audit? anyone have xmwk?

on CP anyone set to light that set? SDN poit to lighting that set?

Do a search in callpilot for the ext. for message waiting it could be in another mailbox that turns on message waiting for this ext.

MWK audit was completed and search on CP did not find anything. All IP sets are doing this, mine included, and I am the one that would build the mailboxes. There are no SDNs built for any of the exts.

IP Phone will only turn on the MWI light if the CS 1000 tells it to.

Did you recently migrate from MMail, if so then the lights are messages that were never checked on the old system, if that is the case and the old system is still up then access it and check messages.If not then try to set up an MCK key.
