    lol I'm back in. I had to login from the other vlan (the public vlan) and change the no shutdown back to vlan1. It seems level 2 switches, can have only have one vlan administativaly up at a time. Regards, Ison67

    Got it! I was working on stomething else and lost my connection. Logged back in and try again, wr mem. It worked. I tryed the same thing, config t, int F0/14, no shut, with some of the ports that keep going down, but it didn't work. Am I doing something wrong? Does it work on ports? Regards...

    cisco 3750's. Yes they have many ports assigned. What does administratively down mean vs just down? It goes up and down.     Add links to desktop on group policy

    If you sit it up to pull there desktop from the server, you can use GP to control there desktop. Check out folder redirection in the MMC. We use it for our public profiles and for our staff profiles, that are used by multiple users. Hope this helps, DJ
