    we have a laptop that is very slow when accessing a Citrix application over an ICA connection. We have re-installed the ICA client and configured identical to everyone else's - but it is still very slow. Any suggestions/ideas would be much appreciated......

    Archiving Mail in Outlook 2002

    This issue is with a 'Manual Archive' and the only options are: Archive items older than Include items with 'Do not AutoArchive' Location of archive file. I have uninstalled and re-installed Office 2003 and it still will not do a manual archive. help..........
