Hi,
I'm new to Apache 2 (RedHat Linux 9) and needs help on this matter. We need to set up specific password protected directories for certain users. For example, all users will see the logon page on www.website.com/logon.
Then based on their user name and password, they will be redirected to...
Hi,
I got this problem for about 2 weeks now in trying to set up Relaying for Sendmail 8.11.6 on Redhat Linux 7.1
I used Access.db file and put the CERTIssuer and/or CERTSubject line over there to check which user with the correct certificate could be allowed for relaying.
It always said...
Hi,
I've encountered this error message during "sh Build" of the Sendmail:

Hi,
Thanks for your information and patience. I'll try your suggestion first but here is the SQL query I use in case you want to know. All of those {?<variable_name>} are the input parameter I use for the SubReport. The report itself runs perfectly but it's just too annoying the way the user has...
Yeah,
If I look into the sub reports, I see them listed under Parameter List. That is why I feel so strange. Is it because I use the SQL statement from SQL Designer as a source?
Hi,
There are no "Parameter Fields" listed there. These are the only fields that listed there:
ReportField -- Have all variable I use for grouping
ReportArea -- Pretty much listed all the grouping also
DatabaseField -- List all fields I use on the sub report
I use 'String' for the...
Thanks for the information Oliver,
But I'm afraid that I still could not find how to link those input parameters from my SQL statement I used in my sub report to the input parameters of my Main Report.
These are the input parameters that shown on my Main Report when I try to run them...
Hi,
I use the SQL statement with date parameters from Crystal Designer as a source for Crystal Report's Sub Report. These parameters will show up when you try to run the report. I do not want the user to enter the date parameter twice (for the main report and the sub report).
Is there a way to...
Any suggestion on this matter anybody?
If I use NUMBER data type in my PL/SQL package then Crystal Report will correctly recognize the data type as NUMBER.
But if use CHAR, VARCHAR or VARCHAR2 (even though I limit the size into 100 character), CR always treat it as a MEMO data type. Why?
Vicky
Hi,
I've used SQL Designer to build a SQL statement that used PL/SQL package. The package/function will return a concatenation of several number values with pipe delimiter.
I have set the return variable data type into a CHAR(150).
When I use this SQL statement as my source in Crystal report, it...
Hi,
I'm trying to build a report that using a subsection numbering system. For example the first sub report will have 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.2.1, etc for the page number. The first number represent the section number, the second number as the sub section number, and the third one as the page number. I...
I'm trying to print out a collection of reports into a binded reports with table of contents. Since we're trying to print the same report collections for hundred of clients, I'm trying to build a dynamic table of contents page.
How can I pass the page number dynamically from the subreports to...
Hi Ken,
Thanks for the answer. There's a filter statement on Group Selection that causing this. I've removed that line (Crystal Report create this line automatically when you use their Top-N Report Wizard ... RecordNumber <= N).
After I removed that line (since it does not work with grouping)...
Hi Ken,
Thank you for the response. I've found the problem. One of the subreport linked to two different database (Oracle and Access) for retrieving the same data. I used Access to test this report earlier and somehow forgot to remove the link.
Regards,
Vicky
