    If I can get them to activate polarity reversal - case closed - but here in AU Telstra has discontinued use of that service years ago and they not have intention to bring back on IAD (don't ask why...) - even is only one tick on IAD settings...

    Mitel 6xx dect phones.

    You should be able to reset phone via service menu... Press the menu “>>>”-Key and enter ***76# to access the service menu.

    6920 won't connect to MiVO 470

    If not solved yet - you can't use 470 as tftp server for change of FW (on 6920 you have MiNet FW and you need SIP FW)...download tftpd64 and use on your PC as TFTP server-> point phone to that, instead to PBX

    Sorry, been away...have you managed to upgrade? Try to skip the step of creating folder - just run upgrade...you can apply license after upgrade is done... If doesn't help, try to go first to v5 and then to 6.0... BR
