Mitel 6xx dect phones.

Hi all,
what is easiest way to get Office 6xx series Dect phones back to GAP Dect mode? Couple phones have been tested with Mitel 470 normal system base and now those phones need to reset back factory settings.

You should be able to reset phone via service menu...
Press the menu “>>>”-Key and enter ***76# to access the service menu.

Hi zoo1,

as far as I know that service menu with *** command is available when phone is in GAP mode, not anymore when 6xx phone had upload software from Mivo Office 400 PBX, with "old school" base station, not SIP-DECT.
