If I can get them to activate polarity reversal - case closed - but here in AU Telstra has discontinued use of that service years ago and they not have intention to bring back on IAD (don't ask why...) - even is only one tick on IAD settings...
Hi mate
You probably got a same experience with big Telco's...they reading from script and anything outside that - they don't know what you talking about...their checklist - you have signal, phone ring and you can make call - case closed...but how to overcome 15 seconds of silence and then...
If not solved yet - you can't use 470 as tftp server for change of FW (on 6920 you have MiNet FW and you need SIP FW)...download tftpd64 and use on your PC as TFTP server-> point phone to that, instead to PBX
Sorry mate to hear that...re manual programming - i know how that looks like...Never had this type of problem (+70 systems...)...hope Mitel will found what is going on...good luck!

Sorry, been away...have you managed to upgrade? Try to skip the step of creating folder - just run upgrade...you can apply license after upgrade is done...
If doesn't help, try to go first to v5 and then to 6.0...

Take CF card out and format in PC - Fat32, default allocation table, no Fast format...after finished, put CF card back to CPU and start the system - you should be able to go to Boot mode and do Emergency upload...

Hi mate
Thanks for this - yes, this will help with redial - have to insert 00 to compose correct number - but not solving original issue - SIP carrier (it their wisdom) sending CID without 0 and confusing customer...
Hi all
SL1100, connected via SIP trunks. Have a problem with incoming CID...when call arrive, its presented withoud leading 0 (eg. mobile number is 041xxxxxxx - will soe 41xxxxxxx). Is it possible to "insert" 0 or is it there any command who will cause this behavior?

More likely hook flash is faulty (bad design)...lift the handset and check if hook flash switch is up or is stuck down...if it's down, open the phones - easy fix (optical switch...)
