Hi, I have a customer with a constant MWL on her 7400 series phone. I was thinking this is a LWC issue but I cannot get the light to extinguish. Not sure if its a message retrieval issue but not sure how to get rid of it. Any ideas? All help is appreciated! Thanks, Fred

Thanks for the assist...I did a disp ds1 and am showing protocol version a on my pri's..which according to your chart is AT&T custom...I was looking for whether we had NI1 or NI2...I'll try and find what AT&T custom is... Thanks again jordy & mojo.....
