I haven't played with it enough to tell for sure but I know that one user was fine when I shut it down before and then yesterday when I shut it down again he wasn't.
I'm going to shut it down at 5 today and let it sit over the weekend and see if the clients adjust by Monday.

We have a 2003 Server domain and I added a 2008 DC and did all the forest/domain prep etc beforehand. The 2008 DC has all the FSMO roles as well and is running DHCP.
The 2008 DC uses .68 and the 2003 DC uses .34. The DNS server addresses setup in DHCP to hand out are .68 first and .34 second...
I was able to import them off of the old server by using the import users from legacy server option and its working fine now.

I had noticed a couple of the IP addresses in the scope options were for the old server that we are going to retire so I changed them and then backed it up again. Then when I tried to import the database into the new server it worked this time. Strange.

That didnt work but I decided to use a different server for the backup. I dont get any errors when doing the restore but the scopes dont show up either. What am I missing?

Im trying to import a DHCP database to our new DHCP server and a backup server. So server1 is the old server, server2 is the new DHCP server and server3 is going to be a backup server that will have the database but wont be running unless needed.
They are all Windows 2003 domain controllers...
