Window becomes active by itself

We have a user that has an issue where she will be working in a program and then her email progam (Lotus Notes) will become the active window and pop up on the screen. I turned off email notifications etc but it didnt help. Any ideas?

I tried out the TweakUI method and am waiting to see if it does the trick. So far no phone calls!

Looks like it didnt work so Im going to uninstall/reinstall later and see if it makes a difference.
