Hello, On my Merlin Magix, I have one specific 800 number I get a fast busy on....no matter what extension I call from. I don't have anything blocked as far as I can tell, and I can dial it on my cell phone successfully. Is this on their end, or should I look for something else in my system...

I'll probably wait until either they really complain, or the hard drive dies and I have to re-do it all anyway. this drive is getting looooong in the tooth. thanks again

that got me close enough.. here were the steps, just for others reference: F1 - SysProgram F5 - Start F6 - Extensions PgUp - More F4 - Grp Calling F9 - Members Enter extension number of group (770) with that done...and aside from having to add the additional ports if I got a six port...

I believe you are correct. I have a 4 port. I think they are 7204, 7205, 7206, 7207 all answer except 7205. How would I remove it as a member?

could I have been set to NI2 before the reboot and it defaulted back to Custom 5ESS?

yes.. 13-35 are in pool 70. I can have them check. but would they just change all of a sudden? It was working right before the reboot.
