Can't dial a specific 800 number

Hello,

On my Merlin Magix, I have one specific 800 number I get a fast busy on....no matter what extension I call from.
I don't have anything blocked as far as I can tell, and I can dial it on my cell phone successfully.

Is this on their end, or should I look for something else in my system?

Analog trunks or T1/PRI?

Analog trunks, test at the demarc

T1, give yourself Pool Dial Code access to the trunks and test

PRI - gotta be your telco

Do you, by chance, have any pots lines you could make a test call with? - That would be a good place to start. It maybe with your carrier, your Outgoing Tables or DISALLOWED Lists, or something else. Without have almost a full print all, it would be just a guess at this point.
