That is where you set the agent login ID and yes you will have to re-train your agents.

OK so CLID won't stop the pbx from trying to send the call but your carrier may have other restrictions in place.

CLID would not affect outbound dialing. You need to have more information. GH started you in the right direction. Is ESA configured? If not do you have SPNs defined in NARS? How are they routed? WHAT FRL is required to place 911 calls? A lot of things can afect wether a call is routed or not but...

Sounds like you already have the info you need, program the route and then add the trunks.

I'm cleaning up our applications in Call Pilot and I'm looking for a way to find out where an application has been imported to. I have some that I think I've removed all references on but when I try to delete the system tells me the app is imported but it doesn't say where.
