TTR test is probably a good idea, although I have done it in the past. I know how to test using a telephone. Is there a way to test the TTR's remotely.

No ATA to change. This is an IATA, internal on a CICS. No lines associated with the extension 37. It is to be used for an external ringer, but there is no ringing current on the port to activate the ringer. If I call x37 using the intercom, there is no ringing current.

Using WinSPM 9.0. Let me clarify my original post. Works sometime with SPM but usually not on the first few attempts. I get the same results dialing in with a TT telephone or a cell phone.
