No ringing current on IATA

I just put a butt set on the IATA to test it. It gets dial tone and can make calls. Calls to the IATA x37 do not ring into the buttset. However, clicking to answer on the buttset will answer the call. Is there some setting to turn on ringing for the IATA or do I have defective equipment?

No ATA to change. This is an IATA, internal on a CICS. No lines associated with the extension 37. It is to be used for an external ringer, but there is no ringing current on the port to activate the ringer. If I call x37 using the intercom, there is no ringing current.

Defective IATA port on the KSU.

Purchase an external one as the fix.
