Merlin Mail won't answer personal line on extension 1

I am trying to set up a Merlin Mail mailbox to take information from callers to a specific line(807)on a Merlin Legend R7. When customers call in, the line rings at the attendant console, who has the option to answer and transfer to the mailbox x34 or to let it ring for the mailbox to pick up. After about 4 rings, the call is answered with an attendant message, not the extension mailbox.

I built a mailbox for an analog line (x36) and assigned personal line 807 to the extension, as well as to the attendant console, x10. The primary coverage for x36 is set for 2 rings. Extension 36 is in Cover Group 30.

Any thoughs from anyone on why the extension mailbox is not picking up?
 
You need to assign line ownership to x36 (or x34) wherever you want it to answer. This is done in system programming under lines trunks.
 
Please disregard this post. I read that the personal line must must have the Principal User Extension set for proper coverage. Changed Principal User Extension to x36 and all is well.
