I have heard there is a way to check the serial number on a 2410 phone. I can see the serial number in a 4621SW but can't find it on a 2410. I have it on an ip office and on a Definity 9.5
Do I need it on Call Manager to be able to view the serial number?

We are facing an issue. We have a 2 trunk group, one is meant trunk 3 i.e. pri line , Second trunk group is trunk 1 (pstn line) ,if one of the lines goes down the other line should work automatically. But this Scenario is not working.
Need your help /advise to fix a problem at one of my sites.The issue, Blank calls received by operator ,in a hour at least 10- 15 such calls landing.
