We have option 81c running 3.0 and call pilot 1.07. Is their a way to record voice conversations. We want to able to record callouts and call ins in one dep't, thier are 3 phones. Anything in call pilot or would we need a standalone eqip. Thanks

Nortel responded to my email and you have to use the t7406 layout for the label.

Is their a way to block an incoming did number thru the pbx, we have an option 81c running succession 3.0. I checked with local c.o. and they can't. Thanks

I see the t7406 will try that label, I sent an email to Nortel to see if they have one that will work for the t7406e, will let everyone know. Thanks Again

Is their a program for printing labels for the wireless t7406e phones, instead of handwriting them on the label. Thanks

Thanks works great, only problem I see is when you page nothing comes out of the 2 wireless t7406e phones. is it suppose to, I looked in the manual didn't see anything. I can page from the phones fine. Thanks

If all my buttons are programmed I can't assign an answer dn on the phone, is this why when I go to programming answer dn and hit show it goes to show next set? Should it say enter dn number?

I replaced the cabinet last night and worked fine. Only problem is the door phone chimes isn't working. Intercom works good and when called it rings like your calling one of the other stations. I programmed the intercom under F9*4and set the chimes and rings. Anything I missed. Thanks

The system has only 2 c.o. lines and a caller id cartridge and 2 door phones and the rest phones. I reseated everything and it just keeps flashing.
