Hi all,we just set up new Pri.We can call long distant but not local,we dial 10 digits here for local calls in las vegas,702-XXX-XXXX telco says first digit drops (7) when i call out.7.1 sw rec digits are 4 dial plan set to 10.any help would be great.Thanks

Hi all,Just had new area code in las vegas 725.Before we only dialed 7 digits now we dial 10.got one custer that can dial any area code but 1-800 any suggestions where I would look to correct this problem.I am sure it is something I did when I changed from public 7 to 10.I may have looked at...

on 5-3-2014 las vegas had a new area code installed,now we must dial 1-702- or 702 in front of other 7 digits.customers with mics 5.1 thru 7.1 software can't call out .they use to just dial intercom 9,seven digits.whats a quick fix on pri programming to fix thannks all.

Who cares about SP it had nothing to do with trouble or fix?Just called customer no alarms or no system reboots today.30 people in office making and receiving calls no trouble.thanks again!

pri was moved from the 5ess to lcs.this resolved the d channel from dropping when customer calls out and dtmf tone is needed to choose options in IVR

Also reinstalled all old equipment running like a champ.thanks all!!!!
