can't call out

on 5-3-2014 las vegas had a new area code installed,now we must dial 1-702- or 702 in front of other 7 digits.customers with mics 5.1 thru 7.1 software can't call out .they use to just dial intercom 9,seven digits.whats a quick fix on pri programming to fix

You need to lengthen the PUBLIC DN length from default of 7 to 11.
