Hi all,new to ip office,have a Luads door ipo500v2 ess.doorphone only rings recpt after the fourth ring.any suggestions on how to make it ring when button is pushed?

is it connected to a analog trunk or analog extension port?

Turn off ICLID for the port and boot the system. Should be set to loop start - non iclid.
That will give back two rings.
