IP Office IP500 rel 6.1(5) partner mode
ext 10 - night service button stays lit.
press it to disable but nothing happens...button stays lit and system stays in nights
confirmed button is programmed as night service button.
any suggestions

Table 3 - Greeting 4/ CCR Tree 4 answers.
Options 1, 2, and 3. (all transfer to hunt groups)
When I call and press 1,2, or 3 the call rings once, then I hear the same CCR greeting again.
The problem is intermittent (90% fails / 10% works)

Problem: The greeting is for the referral line voicemail.
The first 10 words or so are being cut off when calling 800-xxx-3787.
The same voicemail greeting is correct (no words cut off) when dialing DID directly.

Thanks all...though it not a firewall or sd card problem (at least not likely). I am able to run the manager on windows xp with no problems. I would think that if it were a read only problem, then it wouldn't let me merge config on any OS.
I haven't tried to uninstall/reinstall.

I reboot the IP Office but it did not help.
I reboot the Windows server 2008 and that did not help either.
It seems to think there is another merge taking place at the same...Is IP Office Manager 9.0(5) compatible with Windows 2008 server?

IP Office Manager 9.0(5) on a Windows Server 2008
I am unable to complete a Merge using the manager on the windows server 2008.
Status bar on bottom shows 10% saved then it stops.
However, when I use Windows XP on the same system using the same version IP Office Manager...
I do not need to keep any of the programming, so I will not be using the migration tool.
My only concern is keeping all of the keycodes.
Do I stand any chance of loosing the keycodes that are already installed?

What steps to I need to take?
Do I have to upgrade to 4.0 first, before upgrading to BCM450 R6?
or
Can I upgrade directly from 3.7 to 450, without upgrading to 4.0?
