    I do not need to keep any of the programming, so I will not be using the migration tool. My only concern is keeping all of the keycodes. Do I stand any chance of loosing the keycodes that are already installed? thanks

    I added shortcode 99N dial 9N line group ARS50:Main AND I added the same in ARS I get the same problem... When dialing, I am able to dial 9+9+3..as soon as I hit the 3 it rings and an error message from the telco is played. Does the same thing need to be in both the shortcode and in ARS?
