We have a IPoffice R8 on dmz with SIP trunks and couple of IP and SIP endpoints. All devices are working fine except when we try to connect PHone Manager IP SoftPhone it dosen't discover; and there is no trace on Monitor.

SIP trunk on BCM50 R6 configured as IP authentication.
- RFC2833 set to 120
- RTP set to non
signalling port set to 5060
- Public Sip Account Remote SIP domain assigned.
- Dial plan set to public and "8" is assigned to BlocA
- BCM is set to DMZ on service provider router
Figured it out..
In Embedded voicemail, i had Direct Dial-by-number checked, but didn't had KEY 2 (under actions) set to Dial by number. Apparently in embedded vm its mandatory.
it works fine now.. thanks for all of your help.

ITSP have no information on this.. all they said configure the ip address and it should work. we are using Cisco RV082 router; port 5060 and all port are open from/to IPO.
