That fixed one issue. The telephone rang at the correct extension but the voicemail still wouldnt pickup without putting the alternate extension of the other phone. A reset fixed the issue luckily.

I have a BCM 400 3.7 which i will probably be upgrading to 4.0. It currently has 1 DTI card, 4 DSM 32 cards and 1 GATM 8 card. Can i remove the the GATM 8 and add another DSM 32. This would use all my busses and bring my digital phones up to 160. I just am not sure if the BCM can handle 5 DSM 32's

I understand how the vpn client works. I have it connected and can ping everything on the internal network. The issue i have is joining the workgroup or the vpn client so you can print share and file share with the other computers in the office when you are working remotely.

Is there any way when a user connects to a BSR 222 VPN client they are able to see other workgoup computers and their shared folders.

Yes they do have access to the sip trunks and no they do not access the voip trunks on the other system.
