How do you prevents specific numbers from being dialed from Avaya extensions?

I checked the CORs. The end user informed me that this was working. There are other Supervisor's with the same COR that can successfully Service Observe.

I have 1 user that is attempting to service observe extensions and gets immediately disconnected. The user keeps trying and sometimes he is able to connect to the extensions. Any thoughts on this issue? No other users are experiencing this issue.

7deedtz, Ok, thanks for the response. I tested the CORs and the closest one allow local and long distance for San Diego and International to Canada and Mexico.

7deetz, I just arrived at a new company and the CORs are not labeled with definitive information. I received a request to a station to a COR that allow local and long distance calls and restricts International calls.

I have a scenario in which we need coverage from three different teams at different times of the day. We would like to have team 1 cover inbound calls from 01:30 am to 10:30 am, team 2 from 06:30 am to 17:00 pm and team three from 17:01 pm to 01:29 am. What is the best way to set this up?

Thanks Vidmine. I just used a station with a DID pointing to it and setup EC500 with three different cell phones.
