Ok, after logging into the terminal and typing LD 2 I get TFC0000, can I infer that that's an error code as well and why it's not accepting the STAD?

TTAD does show me the current date/time, I'm trying to change the time because it's about 15 minutes off. I'm not famiiar with a second level password, we've never had to enter another one after signing in with the LOGI prompt. Sorry guys, I'm stumbling my way through Nortel.
