This report is ran against the skillset.
So all calls are going to the skillset Que.
You are unable to call the skillset directly. The only way to get to the Que (as far as I know) is thru a AA menu which the DNIS works correctly through that

When I run reports for Abandoned CLID/DNIS.
Under the DNIS column I will sometimes get the voice mail CDN. Not sure why this occurs and I am unable to duplicate.
I thought it may be when the caller is in the QUE recordings (Please stay on the line).

After you have created your new route.
Go into the TN of the trunk through load 14 and changed the "RTMB" to the new route.
So if you built route 34 you would enter on the trunk TN
RTMB 34 1
Representing the first member of route 34.
The next TN would be
RTMB 34 2
Representing the second...
Out mailbox and build it as a SDN.
Send SDN to an announcement menu with a automatic call transfer to new extension.
This way they can't leave a message and they go to someone who can help till they learn the new number.

Has anyone ran into a m3903 or m3904 putting itself into call forward to zero without any contact to the phone itself.
Example.
Ext 2222 is idle
the phone will pop up with a "CFWD" on the display.
All calls to 2222 now go to the operator "0".
