Looking for a document

I am having issues with a BCM 3.0 that has IP sets.
I have heard there is a doc out there called
"Managing echo on BCM & SRG"
I was wondering if anyone has a link to this doc.

I am the vendor.
I couldn't find it on the Avaya website.
