Involuntary forward of phone 1

I have a 81c on 5.5 s/w
Has anyone ran into a m3903 or m3904 putting itself into call forward to zero without any contact to the phone itself.

Example.

Ext 2222 is idle
the phone will pop up with a "CFWD" on the display.
All calls to 2222 now go to the operator "0".
You CAN cancel the forwarding.
And when you reapply the forward. The display shows zero in the cache.

I thought maybe this was a fluke but I have had multiple phones have it show up at the same time.
I haven't seen any errors pop up on my terminal.

Anyone?
 
is someone having fun with Remote Call Forwarding?? any angry ex-techs around? You have DISA setup? If not, then not it.....

either rcfw of bfs keys.. some one could have add fba to class, that forwards your phone to atdn on rna from a did.

These phones are set up on the operator as BFS.
What triggers the users phone to go into CFWD?
Is it something from the operators phone?
 
Feature description
The Boss/Secretary Filtering Enhancement (BSFE) feature is designed
for a boss/secretary environment.
Prior to the introduction of the BSFE feature, a boss could forward incoming
calls to secretary/secretaries for screening.
With the BSFE feature, incoming calls are forwarded from the boss to a
designated secretary using the Call Forward and Busy Status (BFS) key.
A maximum of 16 BFS keys can be configured on the boss telephone. A
corresponding BFS key is configured on each secretary telephone.

this would be controlling it FROM the Operator (secretary) phone:

To control the BSFE feature from the secretary telephone:
Activate:
Step Action
1 Press the BFS boss key once The display shows
ACTIVATE FILTERING?
2 Press BFS boss key for the second time. This telephone becomes
the secretary telephone. The display is cleared. The designated
boss BFS key lamp WINKS on all telephones with the default lamp
status.

Is MARP for all these numbers set up on the operator BFS and in the evening when that person leaves are they all being forwarded? Plus at times when that person is away from their desk? .... just trying another direction here ....

It was my operator causing the issue. She was pressing the keys sending it into a forward on the user side
