Well the problem is is i added a 9 and it still wont dial out. So thats kind of a moot point. I just thought maybe there was another shortcode to edit with an additional 9?

They are all uncheck but no dialing out. Its a 4 port analog line setup so its not like there arent avail lines to dial out. One thing which is odd is they have Verizon Centrex? which apparently they need to dial a 9 to dial out regardless of the phone system. I had to add an extra 9 to all...
