Well now that everything is working I cant seem to get the call forward to work.
I have a VMPro AA on the incoming call route.
I want users who's Ext. is key'd in at the AA menu to be able to forward their ext to a cell phone or outside line.
I somehow remember there being a shortcode or a need to enter any forwarding numbers to a users profile. (unless I'm just sleep deprived)
So far if I use *07*N, the call will go right to Ext's VM instead of even ringing the ext first as it normally would without the call forward set.
Any ideas?
