OK so I must be in the twilight zone cause i cant seem to download anything from Avaya..any ideas how i can get a hold of a 3.2 admin disk...I have an old Small Business Edition IP Office that needs to be wiped and reprogrammed and they don't have the disk, I just shredded my CD a while back...

HISTORY:
I installed an IPOFFICE 406v2 3.2 (57)a few months back with a few problems but eventually got everything working.
I have a VMPro 4.15 server running WinXP Pro which is a client on my SBS2003 domain.
Everything was working fine accept we had some server problems...
I would have programed a button however the Phones they bought dont have any buttons to program.
Besides that when I use Manager to turn it on, it still doesnt work.
There has gotta be something I am missing....
Well the problem is is i added a 9 and it still wont dial out.
So thats kind of a moot point. I just thought maybe there was another shortcode to edit with an additional 9?
They are all uncheck but no dialing out. Its a 4 port analog line setup so its not like there arent avail lines to dial out.
One thing which is odd is they have Verizon Centrex? which apparently they need to dial a 9 to dial out regardless of the phone system. I had to add an extra 9 to all...
