the DIS command won't disable pseudo TTY and INI is not an option for my switch (0 downtime). Could i just OUT, then re-add the PTYs? i did notice the config on the non-functional PTY's is different from the PTY I just added and gained access to the switch w/. How would i go about outing the PTY?

well, i changed cfw from 16 to 11 and a couple other things. basically, i mirrored his set to another agent that can call fwd w/ no problem...atleast i thought i mirrored it!!! i missed the CFXA. i'm pretty sure that's it, thanks!
