    Is there a setting on an MM 5.2 system that only allows ONE user to be logged into a mailbox at one time? I have a HELP DESK mailbox with multiple users that check the same mailbox. The MM is allowing multiplce users to be logged into the mailbox at the SAME TIME - not a good situation.

    I think that's how I actually got it working - but I still don't understand what the 1609 errors are - they look critical ! I even deleted the mailbox and re-added it. Seems like something is hosed up on the MSS. But it's only for that user - and surprised that an FEDB resynch didn't correct...

    kepeterson - answers to your questions: 1. Call Handling - YES 2. Switch CM 5.2.1 3. SIP (not a separate SIP gateway) 4. No difference in users - just want to remove the caller ID from speaking at all if possible, even if it's blocked. Thanks for your help !
