Can it be done without a module on vmpro?

I have a couple of 9650 under SIP software that doesn't want to convert to H323 when i change the SIG on the phone.
When it boot i see the phone trying to get the 96xx txt files but phone still on SIP software.

I just did an IPO500V2 upgrades to release R11 latest services pack.
It was a multiple ugrade step since IPO was on R6 ...( step 1 to R8 , step 2 to R9 and then R11 )
Everything works fine but 1403 phone don't want to upgrade and they are stuck to an old version V5.0.0

I have IPO R11 latest release with 20 x J139
I have a problem with only one of them , if you call internaly the phone ring but if the phone receive an external call i see on the screen that there is a call but i dont here no ringing...
Is there a settings somewhere that i miss??

IPO R11 essential version, for no reason all internal call between extension do not ring but goes directly into speaker like automatic intercom??
Any hints why it does that??

The IPO is on Rel 9.1 and the module will not downgrade to that Release..
