I have the ip address, I just cannot see how the BCM would connect to the ip phones. The POE switch that is powering the ip units,is not connect in any way to the BCM. Surely the poe switch needs to be connected to the BCm, and i'm not sure it is connected to the right port, or maybe the switch...
