I have an IPO on version 4.2 which i am experiencing problems with when recording calls. When the calls are being recorded the call is bad quality. Is there anyway that this can be improved?

I finally got around to taking my ACS test and passing today, then I looked at what I need to know for ACE. From looking at the exam guide it doesnt look too difficult. How have people have taken it? how did you find it?

Is it possable that any ACL's/Vlans are stopping the voice from working on the data side of things. A quick way to check would be to disable direct media path between the ip phones
