Hi,
I have a unique problem.
I have a site with MEDPRO & Clan cards.
Then I have another site where i have just hung IP PHones.
The 2 sites are connected via leased lines.
The IP phones are all registered at the central site. ( The second site does NOT have any media gateways )
When I originate a call from the primary site to the secondary site, I am able to speak to the users there. ( MEDPRO resource is being used here )
When i try to have a call between 2 extensions at the second site, there is no Voice betn them. Signalling goes thru; first phone picks up, is given a tone by the medpro, he dials the extension number, it rings on the extension, as the person picks up, there is no communication. ( There is no MEDPRO resource assigned here ).
I am convinced it has nothing to do with the Avaya config. Though I am aware I can have a MEDPRO assigned even for ipphone to ipphone commn, i dont want to do it.
Have you faced a similar problem.
Any resolutions ??
Thanks.
