Had tried that once before forgetting to select CDR privacy on all extensions that were deleted from e-cas. Once a call was made on them again CDR was automatically placing them back to a licence. I think this time the issue was isolated and we corrected it this time. Thanks

My Veramark e-CAS is sending out a system alert that it is within 5% of its model size. I have cleared out part of the archive files but continue to receive these alerts. Has anyone else experienced this issue and of a known fix? Thanks, Phonemanrwj
