I have 2 new users - 6739 and 6740
I added them in modular messaging
After the users personalized the mailboxes I added the cov path (500=4r->h99)
what is happening though is when either of these extensions are dialed, after the 4th ring when the MM answers it is as though whomever is dialing them is just dialing into the MM pilot # (3150) themselves.
or they are received by the generic greeting (as if 6739 or 6740 do not have voicemail assigned to them)

I thought it might be an issue in the AAR analysis or the Dialplan analysis but all seems correct here. I do not see
anything on a list trace of a working station or the non-working
that is different.

I am missing something and not sure where. Has anyone else experienced this issue and knows of a fix?

Thanks,

Thanks,

Have you checked the public or private uknown , these need to include the 6XXX numbers or range. It is likely to be either one of the these two , think I have seen this before.
