I'm a bit of a shoretel newbie, but Under trunks/trunk group there should be a setting for adjusting tx/rx gain.

I have some NBX ATA's where some require dialing 9 and some don't. Is there any way to make it uniform, either always dial 9 or never dial 9? I don't see any setting in the NBX or the ATA to fix this.
