    Call Pilot

Bus 1 will have a bunch of ports(101-132 I think) and if you open them up one by one and look at the general tab, youll see what extension is attached. You should be able to disable the port there and one by one...

IP Phones that can Access 911 Locally

You need to assign the sets with a public OLI and then ask your service provider to route 911 traffic to the respective location.

    VOIP over VPN

You can hook up the phone without a router if the IP office lets you assign a public address to it and the phone can find a public address. The DSL connection you mentioned probably could just barely handle the Voice transmission but might have a rough time if your pushing alot of data!

You might be able to assign the Set a public OLI and ask the carrier to route 911 to an address specific to the OLI. We have to do this with our customers. We provide hosted VOIP services to local businesses and our CLEC allows us to tag certain OLI's with their respective addresses. Depends on...

You have to go into the configuration manager of the BCM and Login. From there you select telnet on the Telephony Services Menu and make sure that it is enabled(default is disabled). Then if the BCM is on the network you can use any computer to access it through the command prompt. Start CMD and...

    BCM400 3.7 Patch error

Biv 343 There is a patch portion of a patch for the 200/400 as well. Also I know from personal repeated experience that doing DN changes from the Wizards before the patches have been applied has caused me great heartache.

I remember now. This has been bothering me for days. We had this problem with 4 switches in a row and I couldnt remember what it was. Thomen is right but the Platform Init is to dramatic. The reason the patch wont take is because the MSC Card is not uploaded to the motherboard. Do an MSC Upload...
