I have another look through the filter options to see if I can narrow it down. On Delta Server, I've changed some of the options, is there a way I can reset this, or do you know what options I need to be able to identify a line problem?

Would I not be able to see those in either Delta server or call status though? I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary. I'm going to reboot it out of hours anyway, just wanted to see if there was anything else I could try first.

Rebooted manually this morning and cleared the fault. Hopefully it will stay gone! thanks for info\help :-)

I can't re-call the version of Manager of the top of my head but am very sure it's in line with the IP Office version. The rebooting thing, whilst very annoying, doesn't happen all the time, maybe 1 in 15 merges. So although is a problem, one I can come back to later :-) I'm going to reboot...

I know, but they're reluctant to upgrade as we may be moving on to Communications Manager within months. We have pretty much outgrown the IP Office.
