Hi All,

Odd problem developed yesterday, seemingly by itself! My users report they can no longer Call Listen on any extensions, where as they could yesterday. The permissions are still correct in IP Manager but they get call rejected whenever they try. I'm trying logged in as one opf the users that has permission and getting the same problem.

Has anyone had anything like this before?

Using IP Office 3.2 (67) btw and Manager 5.2 (67)

Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Would I not be able to see those in either Delta server or call status though? I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary.

I'm going to reboot it out of hours anyway, just wanted to see if there was anything else I could try first.

i dont think you would. You would in system status but thats not available at your level. Have seen the resources get "mysteriously" locked up before. Pulling the power cord out fixed it :)

See what my brain does when it's not thinking about phones.

Are you sure the listening group still excists ?

@TomMills - Ok, thanks. I'm pretty confident the reboot will clear it and equally confident I'll never know for sure what happened :- )

@tlpeter - There's been no merge or reboot since the 15th of September, I can't see how the group would have just vanished? I have checked though and the short code is still there and the group they monitor is still there. Is that what you meant?

That would pop up from time to time on a 403. Is that what you have? Hardware issues from daughter cards would lockup conf resources and power cycle would always clear issue.

As expected the reboot cleared it, thanks.
