Hi,
Bit of a weird one that I've not come across before and wondered if anyone else has.
Running IP Office 3.2 on a 406. I have a 5410 handset that rings, even when non-one is logged in and the call cannot be answered. I tried a different phone on same port and that had the same problem. I then traced the port to the physical port on the IP Office expansion module and disconnected it for about two minutes. Re-connected it and logged into phone as myself (not the user that had the problem) and the phones starts ringing again but still cannot be answered. Logged off and it carries on ringing.
Call status doesn't show any call. Have also tried re-starting the delta service just in case. Please help! The user is working from another desk\phone and has no problems now. The scenario that caused this is an external customer on hold whilst making an internal call, hangin up the internal call and then the phone rang, but couldn't be answered.
Any pointers appreciated, would rather not reboot the whole system for just one phone out of 70 but guess I will if I have too.
