You have got Voip GW trunks on each switch and a VPN whereby you can ping from one BCM to another ....you now just need to work on getting all the settings correct. Takes a bit of time on your first go but it does sound as though you are headed in the correct direction.
Its really to late in the game to default the system ...i did not see any place to do a range of number changes.
I started with default DN 221......i then changed the system to 4 digits which resulted in 2221.... from there I went about changing each DN individually.
