    CS1K_E SRPT - Continous errors

Greetings ~ I have a CS1K-E kicking out SRPT errors - it looks as if CPU-0 is defective or something on CPU-0 not feeling well. I have attached the HST file to show exactly what's going on. Looking for some guidance on a resolution > Would an INI possibly clear this? What happens if there’s...

How to change S1 setting on 1140e phone

Greetings ~ Where do I make this change? Does this entail a system reboot? Can this be phone dependant or is this system wide? The current setting is Nortel-i2004-A from 10.1.X.XX XX.XX.XX.XX:4100,1,5 Is there a way to adjust the retry to 10? Thank You, mrclean613

I appreciate the feed back I'm familiar with the Paddle Boards on the Legacy Nortel Opt81C - CS1000M (several columns) architecture However, this issue I'm having is on the Nortel RACK MOUNTED CS1000E - this is the Call Server Architecture

    can't enable super loop

Yeah - no luck there I did see mention of SCPU to get the system running on CPU-1 > then trying to initiate the ENLL Not too certain and I need to do this maintenance after hours. I prefer to know what to expect before hand

    can't enable super loop

It's a VGW - loop 16 running in core-1 - Active CPU-0 What are my options? What effect is this loop being DSBL having on the system? Can I lock the Core-0 and work on this loop 16 without an interruption to the system... INI or Reload - can't have an interruption during production hours...

    can't enable super loop

Unable to restore this loop These are VGW trunks for the most part REQ: stat 16 SUPER LOOP DSBL RESPONDING Any suggestions are appreciated - all maintenance needs to be done after hours - I'm trying to determine the current effect of this loop being out of service?

    CS1000E CPU-0 - System / Power light is RED

CPU-0 side is all GREEN lights So, you suggest an INI - do I need to swap CPU's to get it on CPU-0, then INI the switch? Or can I initiate the INI on CPU-1?
